Privacy Policy

Summary

Cricket Auction Simulator is an offline, single-player game. There is no account, and we run no servers, so we do not receive or store any information about you. Your game data stays on your device. The free version shows optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, and Google's ad software collects the data described below. One optional purchase, made through Google Play, removes the ads.

Data stored on your device only

Your saved games, private watchlist, settings and ad-free status are kept in the app's private storage on your phone. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and the app does not back it up to the cloud.

Data collected by Google AdMob (free version only)

Ads load only when you choose to watch one to skip a batch of players. While ads are enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app collects and shares with Google:

• IP address, which Google uses to estimate your approximate location (city or region, never precise location).
• Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
• Ad interactions: which ads were loaded, viewed and tapped.
• Diagnostics: ad performance and error information.

Google uses this data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud and abuse. The app requests non-personalized ads only and limits ads to content suitable for all ages. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent first; you can change your choice at any time under Settings › Privacy Choices in the app. Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

If you buy “Remove Ads Forever”, the ad SDK is never started, and none of the data above is collected.

Purchases

The optional purchase is processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details; the app only learns from Google Play whether the purchase is owned, so it can remove the ads, including after a reinstall.

What we do not do

• We do not sell data or share it with anyone other than Google as described above.
• We do not collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, photos or files.
• We use no analytics or crash-reporting service of our own. If that ever changes, this policy and the Play Store's Data safety section will say so before the change ships.

Security

Data sent to Google by the ad SDK is encrypted in transit. Game data on your device lives in the app's private storage, which Android keeps separate from other apps. We operate no servers or databases that could hold your data.

Retention and deletion

• We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
• Game data on your device stays until you delete a save slot in the app or uninstall the app, which removes all of it.
• Google keeps ad data according to its own retention policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads).

Children

The game is designed for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
